Read vast swaths of fanfic. Ate toasted cheese on matzah (because I might as well use the matzah up and it's easy). Took a nap. It's really warm. I have not actually been outside and I'm okay with that. Possibly I should take a shower. I had planned to go to a party this evening but I think I am going to avoid people for the entire weekend so that when Monday comes around I will be less filled with the desire to kill and cuss and kick. *shakes nearly empty Jar of Social Skills*

You know...I don't think I've ever eaten a poptart in my life.

Wacky! I mean, I hadn't until I went to America, 'cause we don't have that shit in Finland, but now that I know about them I can't un-know it, so I have to hunt them down in the ethnic foods section in giant supermarkets or whatever. Where they cost multum.

Yeah, well I was raised by weird American hippies so I did not grow up eating them and now they just seem like they'd be gross. Although...now that I think on it, I must have had a bite of one at some point? Also: I would not consider them ethnic food! Weird American junk breakfast, sure, but... *snort*

I'd say they're ethnic since they're American food that hasn't become ubiquitous like hamburgers, yanno? It's totally exotic to us here in the olde worlde.

oh, i know. i just think it's funny. :) there's all sorts of stuff that gets shoved in the "ethnic" food area at the grocery stores here that would make people laugh elsewhere.
