Because I am a Delinquent with a capital 'D' and also Lazy and somewhat under the weather I skipped tai chi (again). Instead I got a bowl of soup at the new bar/restaurant/cafe in Harvard Square (where The Greenhouse used to be) called Tory Row. My thoughts: good black bean soup, confusing name (why did you call it that, you guys?), and at least one very hot bar tender. Also, all the waitresses were very friendly.
After that I got a free ice cream cone at Ben & Jerry's. I then walked up Mass Ave to Porter in the light rain. I mostly didn't use my bright green umbrella because it was really pretty and misty out. I listened to Thea Gilmore and just let the rain fall on my head and tried to relax. I really love walking in the rain.
I stopped in at Cambridge Naturals and got a pair of really comfy on sale sneakers made from sustainable stuff (hemp, organic cotton, recycled tires) and then I went to The House of the Purple Cats to feed and hang out with said cats. (I adore A, but she seems to have neglected to get cat food. All I have left of the dry cat food is what's in the little red bucket and unless she hid the cans of wet cat food somewhere really silly, there's nothing left of that either. So...I will be picking up some cat food after work tomorrow.)
My feet kind of hate me for being on them all day long, but I don't really care.
