Well. If $400 is the most I have ever spent in one go on my teeth, I'm actually doing pretty well for myself. Yeah...I just got myself a $400 anti-teeth-grinding apparatus. I mean, if it stops me from grinding my teeth into little nubbins, and makes my jaw stop hurting quite so much then fine, take my money. I don't actually have it yet, but I will have it in about a month. Of course, a night guard that pricey needs a name.

Any suggestions?
