The Stove Factory Open Studios - December 3rd & 4th

What: The Stove Factory Gallery & Studio Space Open Studios

When: December 3rd & 4th, 10am-5pm

Where: 523 Medford St., Charlestown, MA, 2nd floor

Why: Because you love me and want to see amazing art! Also, there are many other talented artists in the building. Plus, I love my studio space and you should all come see it!

The Artists Group of Charleston (which is headquartered on the 1st floor of The Stove Factory) is sponsoring The Stove Factory's participation in Charlestown Open Studios on December 3rd and 4th, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

I share studio space with several really talented artists and craftsmen (including corruptviridian) at The Stove Factory. It's very close to Sullivan Station and the Schrafft's Building.

We are located at 523 Medford St., Charlestown, MA. There will be parking available, but it is also fairly easy to get to The Stove Factory by public transportation, either by taking the bus or by taking the Orange Line. As a pedestrian, walk towards the Schrafft's building (it's hard to miss). Take care when navigating the cross walks at the rotary and you'll be fine. Once you are standing across from the Schrafft's building take a right on Main Street, keeping the Teamsters Local 25 building on your right. Cross the old train tracks, cross Main Street towards the Fire Station, and then walk up Medford Street. You will be able to see the sign for The Stove Factory on the side of the brick building. There will probably be other signs as well.

(I live in Ball Sq and take the 89 to Sullivan, which is about a 20 minute ride, and then walk to my studio. But depending on where you are coming from, taking the T might be easier, especially on the weekends.)
