Charlestown Open Studios on December 7th and 8th

Greetings, everyone!

The Stove Factory is kicking off Charlestown Open Studios on December 7th and 8th, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are located at 523 Medford St., Charlestown, MA. My studio space is on the 2nd floor. The Artists Group of Charlestown is headquartered on the 1st floor.

I make detailed abstract watercolor cityscapes and things that look like alien amoebas. I share studio space with many talented artists and craftspeople, including paper maker & printer corruptviridian. She has many clever and lovely printed objects for sale as well as some really excellent hand made paper.


The Stove Factory is very close to Sullivan Station and the Schrafft's Building. There will be some parking available, but it is also fairly easy to get to The Stove Factory by public transportation, either by taking the bus or by taking the Orange Line to Sullivan Station. As a pedestrian, walk from Sullivan Station towards the Schrafft's building (it's hard to miss). Take care when navigating the cross walks at the rotary. Once you reach the Schrafft's building, take a right onto Main Street. Cross the old train tracks, cross Main Street towards the Fire Station, and then walk up Medford Street. You will be able to see the sign for The Stove Factory on the side of the building, but there will probably be other signs as well.
