I made yummy yummy kale-and-white-bean thing last night--I had some at ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
mobledqueen's place last week and wanted to make some for myself. It was very, very good and easy to make. There was enough left over for me to have lunch for today and also for corruptviridian and asciikitty to have some. It was a really big pot of kale-and-white-bean thing. Plus, the quinoa.
And then! There were also kale chips, because they brought home kale too. Kale chips are amazing. So much kale! I think kale might be my favorite veggie now.
I am going strawberry picking on Sunday withmsackton and Amy S. Don't know where yet. Mmmmm, strawberries.
